We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Patient Coordinator to manage patient interactions and schedule appointments with care and efficiency. As the first point of contact, you'll handle a high volume of calls and emails, ensuring patients feel supported throughout their wellness journey. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for holistic healthcare.

Responsibilities:

• Patient Communication: Manage high volumes of patient inquiries, delivering prompt and caring responses via phone and email.

• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule patient consultations and follow-ups with accuracy to maintain seamless clinic flow.

• Administrative Support: Keep detailed patient records in our EMR system and assist with data entry, follow-ups, and other administrative tasks.

• Patient Guidance: Provide empathetic guidance, explaining our holistic approach to care and supporting patients on their wellness journey.

• Task Management: Handle multiple responsibilities, adapt quickly to changing needs, and maintain organization in a fast-paced setting.
