Join our dynamic team at The Wellness Way Raleigh as a Chiropractor! We're seeking a passionate and dedicated individual who is eager to make a difference in patients' lives through Health Restoration. In this role, you'll primarily focus on root cause healing practices, including laboratory diagnostics, supplementation, and health restoration techniques in addition to chiropractic care. A majority of our clinic is there for laboratory diagnostic testing, nutrition, and supplement counseling. This approach is similar to functional medicine with key differences. There are no protocols and every patient is treated as an individual.
Responsibilities:
Provide chiropractic care and treatment to patients with an emphasis on functional medicine style principles.
Perform thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
Utilize laboratory diagnostics to assess various health markers, including gut health, hormone levels, bloodwork, & more.
Educate patients on the importance of supplementation and lifestyle modifications to support health restoration.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Social media posts including slideshow/swipe posts and videos. Ability to go live and interact with potential patients.
Community outreach - getting involved in local events to promote healing and source new patients.
Requirements:
Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.
Active license to practice chiropractic in the state of North Carolina.
Strong knowledge and understanding of functional medicine principles.
Experience or willingness to learn laboratory diagnostic techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Active presence or willingness to engage on our social media platforms, as our clinic thrives on content creation and engagement.
